Located at 5105 Cyrus Cir., Birmingham, AL 35242, Wtrshd Studio is a proposed 0.9-acre commercial development consisting of a new 7,000 sf commercial flex space building and associated parking.Construction is planned for 2026/2027, featuring fully-conditioned, open-box space with abundant natural light, multiple overhead doors, high ceilings, and a loading dock area, built in a modern craftsman motif.
